Senior Technical Product Manager - Integrate (2022 - 2023)

As Senior Technical Product Manager, I led the strategic migration from AWS to Azure, managing the full project lifecycle and collaborating across Engineering, Support, DevOps, and C-suite teams to meet client obligations. 

I designed and oversaw implementation of APIs and brand new user access management systems resulting in the creation of features that would ultimately drive a 20% increase in user retention and a 30% reduction in support tickets, directly influencing product roadmap and strategic vision. 

I managed multiple development teams, I fostered collaboration and mentored team members to maximize productivity. I also communicated technical information through documentation and compelling demos for sales and marketing, delivering key strategic presentations company-wide.

As Director of Product Development, I led the creative direction of our internal roadmap and oversaw the EllingtonCMS platform (built on Django), managing developer resources, release timelines, and client communication. I ensured rigorous quality control through project testing and maintained platform infrastructure and Django/Python functionalities. 

By directly managing customer relationships, conducting research, and analyzing feedback, I drove product strategy, resulting in 1000% revenue growth over a decade. Synthesizing stakeholder feedback, technical constraints, and market trends, I informed product decisions and ensured successful product launches through effective project management and stakeholder relationship management.

I focused on provisioning developers with essential tools and fortifying the company's infrastructure to handle high traffic volumes and complex database functions. 

Through infrastructure optimization, I reduced overall size while simultaneously increasing throughput, resulting in significant cost savings. I also precisely coordinated deployment systems, refining workflows to seamlessly accommodate the diverse needs of various organizational groups.

I engineered a multi-platform cloud synchronization system for notes and purchases across devices and developed the PayPal integration from scratch, along with other credit card processing integrations, enhancing user experience and expanding payment options.

As CEO, I independently led all web development efforts, collaborating with diverse clients on a wide range of projects. This involved not only technical expertise in full-stack development but also comprehensive project management, direct client communication, and a focus on staying current with industry trends to deliver high-quality, effective digital solutions.

I also optimized networks supporting CNC machines, significantly boosting production capabilities. Systems Administrator - SpamSlayer (2002 - 2004)

At SpamSlayer, a pioneering startup in cloud-based email and advanced anti-spam solutions, I served in a key strategic role, overseeing a large-scale infrastructure of over 250 Unix servers. I implemented cutting-edge automation technologies to manage this complex network, enabling us to deliver highly effective anti-spam services well ahead of widespread adoption of these technologies. 

Our innovative approach and technical success attracted significant industry attention, culminating in an acquisition offer from Postini, a leading email security provider. Following Postini's acquisition by Google, our core anti-spam technology was further integrated into Google's own anti-spam systems, demonstrating the impact and effectiveness of our work.

IT Specialist - School District #83 (2001 - 2002)

As an IT Specialist at West Bonner County School District, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the school's technology infrastructure. This included performing routine network maintenance and upgrades to maintain optimal performance and security. I also provided technical support, troubleshooting and resolving PC hardware and software issues to minimize disruptions to classroom instruction and administrative functions.

 A key responsibility was the setup and ongoing maintenance of computer labs, ensuring they provided effective learning environments for students and teachers to utilize technology.
